You can ask questions related to programming, related to webmaster issues, related to HTML and design stuff. Sure don’t ask questions like “Design me a site like youtube” Instead a more appropriate question will be ” I want to integrate youtube video upload code from my site. Does youtube provides any API to help other websites integrate with youtube?”
