I always wanted to write a blog, a salute to the hero who is an all time favorite idol of millions of programmers around the globe. He is the man who along with Ken Thompson first created the Unix Operating System in seventies. Later he worked on to develop a new language ‘C’ which eventually paved the way for all other modern programming languages. In one span of life he wrote an Operating System which is still the most popular Operating System and he went on to develop the great programming language ‘C’. 

I well remember during my days at University, when we were learning the programming, his thin book on ‘C’ was considered as a bible. However at that time initially it was tough to understand (sure anything direct from horse’s mouth is always complex), but later we got in love with the language and the Operating System Unix. We spent countless nights sitting in a lab, drinking coffee and writing programs. At that point of time most of us fanaticized to be a great programmer like Dennis Richie.

I will conclude my blog once by paying million thanks to the greatest programmer of century who inspired lot of us to become a programmer. Also this is the man behind a free and stable Operating System that is helping millions of webmasters around world running their sites and making their dreams true.
